International Investor Required Information

Seed Labs supports international investors from almost every country. Read more about international investors here.

In additional to the normal compliance information required during investing, international investors are required to fill out some additional information:

1. Two forms of official identification— passports, government IDs, and driver licenses are acceptable.
2. Confirm the country (or countries) that you hold citizenship in.
3. Confirm the country you reside in currently.
4. Sign and complete a document confirming your responsibility to understand your tax obligations in a US vehicle.

You will receive this request after your investment has been funded.
