International Investor Support

Seed Labs supports international investors from almost every country. Here are the important details:

Accreditation Requirements

Different countries have different requirements to assess investor sophistication. Regardless of the location of an investor, investors must meet US accreditation requirements.

Tax Obligations

Seed Labs is not a tax advisor. We recommend international investors to consult with a tax professional to understand the tax implications of investing in the United States. We produce Schedule K2/K3s upon request for all international investors.

Unique countries

Canadian and Indian investors are subject to unique requirements. Contact the Seed Labs team for more information.
