Do my investors have to be from the US?

No! We handle non-US investors provided they meet US accreditation requirements and are not from prohibited/sanctioned regions.

We generate all required reporting information for international investors. We do not provide tax advice, and as such international investors should seek counsel from an accountant/legal professional in their jurisdiction.

To what extent does Seed Labs act as my legal counsel?

Seed Labs reviews the document/s you upload to verify that the deal is correctly structured as an investment in a portfolio company, a secondary offering, or another type of vehicle. We also perform a simple review of the investment terms you intend to present to investors through Seed Labs to ensure they align with the uploaded documents. However, please note that we do not provide an in-depth review of your investment agreements or terms, nor can we confirm the accuracy of the details you submitted when setting up the investment. Seed Labs does is not your counsel or regulatory advisor. Do seek counsel for questions about investment terms and any regulatory considerations.
