Method 2: ACH

US investors can connect with Stripe and invest up to $1M at a time.

This feature is currently in development. In the meantime, here is how you can fund your investment via ACH. Read these instructions carefully and follow them exactly.

1. Commit On Platform Ensure that you have already committed to the deal on Seed Labs. If you have not yet committed, your funds will not be routed to the right deal and may be lost.

2. Calculate Capital Call Amount This would be your investment amount plus a $10 ACH fee. For example, for a $20,000 investment, the total amount to send is $20,010.

3. Fund Investment Invest with this Stripe link. You must pay with a US bank account. Investments via credit/debit card will not be accepted.

Method 3: Wallet

All users are issued an in-app wallet that they can fund with USDC: internet-speed dollars issued by Circle. All with no fees.

You can fund an investment via wallets in two ways:

1. Fund via your in-app wallet.
2. Fund via a separate wallet that you have delegated to fulfill your investment on your behalf.
